Welcome to my Psychology Practice.

My psychotherapy practice brings together clinical expertise, experience and compassionate listening skills.

I specialize in psychotherapy with adults presenting with anxiety, mood disorders, and personality difficulties.  I conduct marital therapy with the goal of reduced patterns of escalating conflict and increased intimacy and connection.  I also focus on grief work for losses that continue to predominate one’s life.  I have significant experience helping people navigate the complexities of divorce.  Other areas of expertise are working with adult children of alcoholic, narcissistic, and/or self absorbed parents.  I can effectively coordinate treatment with medical professionals should medication be part of the treatment plan.
